Type any owner/repo above the snippets below to point the embed at your own project. The badge endpoint serves a static SVG with caching headers — your README just links to it.

04 · Behavior

When the badge updates — and when it doesn't.

Score change

Updates within 6h on push

When a new commit lands, the watcher re-scans within 6 hours and the badge picks up the new score on its next cache fill. Color shifts immediately if the band changes.

Stale

Greys out after 30 days

If we haven't been able to scan a repo for 30 days — gone private, deleted, network-blocked — the badge greys and the right side reads stale. Click through for the last known score.

Free tier

Public scans, public badge

Any public repo can have a free badge. We refresh on a best-effort schedule. No account required to embed — only to monitor.

Monitored

Refresh anytime, alert on drop

Add a repo to your watchlist (free account) to force-refresh, get email alerts on score drops, and remove the 6h floor. Same badge URL — just smarter.
